| It took a good couple of days to finally pinpoint exactly what part was "acting up" on my Mazda. I was not charged any extra fees for the additional computer hook ups and once the guys at the shop finally figured it out the work was done that same day! |

| We couldn't be happier with the service at Olde Towne Auto Repair! They are a first class mechanic shop that provides excellent customer service and auto repairs. We started taking our cars to OTAR because another local repair shop didn't fix the problem, and in fact caused other problems, when we took one of our cars in for service. OTAR was able to fix the original problem and the problems the other repair shop caused, and have since been able to fix all of our car's problems the first time we've taken them in. Another time I had to take my car to the local dealer to have a part replaced that was recalled and they said our car "needed" several other repairs. I politely declined and authorized them to just replace the part that was recalled and then took it to OTAR for their opinion - most of those "needed" repairs really didn't need to be done, after all. We trust OTAR with all our car service needs! |
