| There was an electrical problem with my vehicle that my usual repair shop could not figure out. A friend recommended OTAR. They made it convenient to drop off the car. They diagnosed the problem and kept the car an extra night to make sure they had gotten the issue corrected. Unfortunately, the issue and the jumping fried the battery, and I needed to purchase a new one. I felt as if they cared about me and my car, and getting it right. |
